CCC Marks English Week with Talk on Engagement, Confidence, and Communication

‎"Effective communication is more than just words. It’s about how you deliver them." That was the key message of guest speaker Ms. Vaune Nikole S. Redublo, MAED, during a speaking seminar celebrating the English Week for CCC first year students at CCC Kalap Hall, September 14.

‎With the theme “3Es: Express, Engage Excel Celebrating English Communication,” Redublo broke down public speaking into simple, practical steps that students can use in class, in organizations, and in future careers.
‎
‎She introduced the P.A.C.E. Framework to help students organize their speeches:
‎P - Point: State your main idea
‎A - Argument: Give your reason
‎C - Connection: Make it relatable
‎E - End: Close strong
‎
‎Redublo also listed the 5 Habits of an Effective Speaker to guide students in improving their communication skills.
‎
‎It was formally closed with closing remarks from Ma’am Claudine Locquiao, who thanked Redublo for sharing practical lessons and for inspiring students to use their voice.

‎The seminar ended with students practicing speaking techniques and asking questions, showing that in CCC, every student’s voice matters.
