CCC Conducts UAQTEA Orientation for All Students

The City College of Calapan conducts the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act Orientation for Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) this afternoon September 16 at the Kalap Gymnasium, bringing together all students of the institution to provide essential information about educational assistance and access to quality tertiary education.

‎An inspirational message is delivered by Sir Hanz Redoma, a former TDP grantee and currently a teacher at CCC. He shared his experience through the acronym TDP: Take responsibility, Don’t waste the opportunities, and Pay it forward. He also emphasized the importance of pursuing higher education.
‎
Ma'am Glory Jean P. Fortuno and Sir Harry O. Marmol Jr, Project Technical Staff II from CHED MIMAROPA served as the speakers for the orientation, they discussed important information about UAQTEA, TES, and TDP including its purpose, benefits, requirements, and other relevant matters that students should know.

‎With all students of the City College of Calapan participating, the activity provides an opportunity for them to become more informed about the educational assistance available to them and the responsibilities that come with being beneficiaries.

‎The orientation highlights the importance of providing students with access to information and opportunities that support their pursuit of quality tertiary education.
