STRENGTHENING CHILD PROTECTION THROUGH EDUCATION

A meaningful partnership was formally established as the Institute of Education and the Stairway Foundation signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) aimed at strengthening the knowledge and competencies of pre-service teachers on Child Protection Policy and other relevant Department of Education (DepEd) Orders.

Through this collaboration, pre-service teachers will be provided access to an E-Learning Course designed to deepen their understanding of child protection, safeguarding, and their vital role in promoting safe, inclusive, and child-centered learning environments.

More than a formal agreement, the partnership marks a shared commitment to empower future educators with the knowledge, awareness, and responsibility needed to become stronger advocates for the rights, welfare, and protection of every Filipino learner.
