City College of Calapan and DepEd Calapan City Seal Partnership to Enhance Public School Library Services

The City College of Calapan (CCC) and the Schools Division Office of Calapan City formally strengthened their commitment to quality education through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the implementation of the Community Extension Program on Library Services on July 30, 2026. The ceremonial signing took place at OMNHS Gabaldon Building during the 7th Division Management Committee Meeting.

The partnership marks a significant milestone in promoting accessible and well-organized library services across public schools in Calapan City. Under the agreement, both institutions will work collaboratively to enhance the operation of Library Hubs through the organization, cataloging, and mechanical processing of learning resources.

Through the initiative, the Schools Division Office aims to strengthen the management and accessibility of library collections, ensuring that students and educators have improved access to quality learning materials. At the same time, the City College of Calapan will expand its community extension efforts by providing technical expertise, volunteer support, and professional assistance in library development.
