CCC Shows Grit Despite Tough Competition at Kalap Festival 2026

The City College of Calapan (CCC) delivered a strong and spirited performance at the Kalap Festival 2026 but fell short of securing top honors in both the Street Dancing and In-Place Dance Competition held at the OMNHS grounds on March 20, 2026.

As the only college competing in Calapan’s annual festival, CCC still proved that excellence transcends categories—showcasing the city’s rich culture, creativity, and unity through dynamic choreography, precision, and compelling cultural storytelling.

Despite the outcome, the group’s participation highlights the institution’s commitment to excellence in both academics and the arts, as CCC stepped beyond its usual bracket and inspired fellow performers with its passion and determination.
