CCC IHTM Shines at ICSC 2026, Secures Multiple Top Awards

Students from the City College of Calapan (CCC), Institute of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management (IHTM)showcased their talents and skills during the Intercollegiate Convention and Skills Competition (ICSC) 2026 held at the Innovative College of Science and Technology on March 16, 2026.
Representing the college with pride, CCC students earned several top awards in different categories.
Carl Mauren T. Clerigo and Kaycee S. Delgado, both BSHM students, were named Champion in the Cooking Competition, demonstrating outstanding culinary skills. Jade Nicole Delas Alas(BSHM) also secured the Champion title in the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Competition, impressing judges with her creativity and precision.
In the academic category, Lorraine Lalong Isip(BSTM) emerged as Champion in the Quiz Bee, while Vanessa D. Deimos(BSTM) won Champion in the Flight Announcing Competition.
Meanwhile, Keziah Mae Comia earned 1st Place in the Tour Guiding Competition, showcasing strong communication and presentation skills. The team composed of BSTM members, Marian Joy G. De Guzman, Nica Mariz M. Arevalo, Jonas A. Davalos,and Carla Mae B. Casalan also brought pride to the institution after winning 1st Place in the Flight Simulation Competition.
Mary Jean Martin(BSTM) placed 1st in the Quiz Bee, while Krisha Althea Montalbo(BSTM) secured 2nd Place in the same category.
Adding to the list of champions, Queruvin C. Marquez clinched the top spot in the Brochure Making Competition, while Ian Dela Peña earned the Champion title in the Digital Poster category.
In the Same Day Edit competition, John Paul Davalos and Kurt Daniel C. Uy secured 1st Place with their creativity and technical skills.
The strong performance of the students highlights the dedication, preparation, and excellence of the City College of Calapan’s Institute of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management, bringing pride and recognition to the institution in the intercollegiate competition.
